In the Beginning. The company was founded in 2005 to provide business development, consulting and project management services, primarily for electro-optical applications, such as imaging systems and information software. Located in Albuquerque, NM, InfoWhere provided program management and system engineering services support in areas such as advanced imaging systems research and development for the Air Force Research Laboratory, Kirtland AFB NM.
Today. In 2010 our primary focus shifted to geospatial information software and services, with our new mission being to “put information in its place”. To that end, we developed FusionWhere to make it easy for work groups to integrate information in a natural map environment, collaborate effectively and share their results. FusionWhere was released in 2011, primarily to connect Microsoft SharePoint with a mapping environment for visualization purposes. Currently we are continuing product development to further enhance real time collaboration capabilities and to effectively harness social media in communicating collaboration results and getting rapid feedback to planners and decision makers.
SDVOSB. In 2011 InfoWhere was certified by the US Department of Veterans Affairs as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This certification enhances our value as an information solutions teammate for companies competing in the government sector.
